What we collect

When you submit an enquiry via our contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, business name and message you provide. When you submit a referral via our introductions form, we additionally collect the name, business name and contact details of the person or business being introduced — as well as your own contact details as the referrer.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your request — to arrange a survey, provide a quote or answer a question. Referral details are used to record the introduction, contact the referred party in connection with their signage requirement, and to administer the Makida Introductions programme.

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Who has access

Submissions made through our forms are processed by Formspree, our form processing service, and received directly by the Makida Signage team. No other organisation receives your data. In the case of introductions, the referred party's contact details are used only by Makida to make the initial contact.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and referral data for as long as necessary to complete the relevant process, and for a reasonable period thereafter for business records. If a project does not proceed or an introduction does not qualify, we will delete the relevant data on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data about a referred contact. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@makidasignage.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
